Chi Lee is responsible for investments in CLOs and structured credit at 400 Capital, which he has been structuring and trading for over 16 years. Prior to 400 Capital, Chi served as head of the ABS derivatives trading desk for UBS Securities and before that he was responsible for CLO and CDO structuring and analytics at Bank of America Securities.

Chris is head of loan, recover and CLO business development for EMEA, covering ratings throughout the region, including all corporate, leverage and infrastructure/project finance loans, as well as CLOs.
Previous to Standard and Poor's, he spent over 20 years in the syndicated loan market, working across many if its different asset classes. His career started in NatWest on the project group that subsequently transformed into Europe's first dedicated secondary loan sales team. After primary sales, Chris was posted to Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the pricing, structuring and origination of syndicated debt in South and East Asia. The main focus of this role was to bring debut issuers from Thailand and India to the international loan market.
Chris is global head of credit at Towers Watson, leading a 40+ international team conducting research of all credit managers and products, spanning traditional bond strategies, all aspects of sub-investment grade credit markets, illiquid credit and credit long/short strategies.
Chris served as a member of Towers Watson's Global Investment Committee for four years, the group of senior investment professionals responsible for Towers Watson's capital markets views. Chris now chairs the Top-Down Research Group, the body responsible for ensuring high quality top-down views are appropriately incorporated and reflected in Towers Watson's manager research process and help direct research focus.
Debdeep is a senior managing director and portfolio manager for the advisers of the TICC Capital Corp. and Oxford Lane Capital Corp. His experience lies in investing in CLO equity/debt, as well as corporate debt.
Debdeep started at the firm in 2007 after graduating from the Jerome Fisher Program in management and technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the School of Engineering. John Kim is a senior director of Eldridge, and was previously head of structured products on the investments team of Security Benefit.
Before joining Security Benefit, he was managing director in the global structured credit group at Natixis North America, focusing on middle-market and broadly-syndicated CLOs. Mr. Kim previously worked as managing director for derivatives at Lehman Brothers and as director and head of CLO structuring at Deutsche Bank.
Mr. Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stonebriar Commercial Finance and Elliott Bay Healthcare Realty. He received his BA from Yale University and his MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. He is based in Greenwich, CT.
John G. Popp is a managing director of Credit Suisse in the international wealth management division, based in New York. He is the global head and chief investment officer of the Credit Investments Group (CIG), with primary responsibility for investment decisions, portfolio monitoring processes and business development for CIG's global investment strategies. Mr. Popp serves as the president and chief executive officer of the Credit Suisse Funds, the Credit Suisse Asset Management Income Fund and the Credit Suisse High Yield Bond Fund. Mr. Popp is also a member of the Credit Suisse Global Leadership Council.
Previous to Credit Suisse, Mr. Popp was a founding partner and head of asset management for First Dominion Capital. From 1992 through 1997, Mr. Popp was a managing director of Indosuez Capital and also served as president of Indosuez Capital Asset Advisors, and president of 1211 Investors. In 1989, Mr. Popp joined thecorporate finance department of Kidder Peabody & Co. as senior vice president, previously serving as vice president in the mergers and acquisitions department of Drexel Burnham Lambert.
Mr. Popp is a member of the board of directors for The Loan Syndications & Trading Association (LSTA), the Council on Foreign Relations, the Brookings Institution's Foreign Policy Leadership Committee and the Leadership Advisory Board of the Wharton School. Mr. Popp graduated with a BA degree from Pomona College and an MBA from the Wharton Graduate Division of the University of Pennsylvania.
Mads Christian Romild is the chief investment officer at Accunia. He joined Accunia in April 2010. Mr. Romild has 17 years of investment experience. Mr. Romild has been responsible for all CLO investments since 2010 at Accunia. Prior to joining Accunia, Mr. Romild has worked with financing and acquisitions of commercial and residential real estate portfolios and as an equities analyst.
